Dr. Schleevogt began practicing with our office in June of 1993.

Dr. Schleevogt received a Bachelor Degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He then earned a Doctorate of Medicine in 1989 from the University of Illinois at Rockford. He completed an internal
medicine residency and one year chief residency at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dr. Schleevogt is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society, American College of Physicians.
